Vision

The premiere centre of grants management, resources and information

Mission

To create an enabling environment for all those who seek to support and those who seek grant assistance from all sources

How to get there

We have a wealth of experience gained from the support work we have provided for over 8 years now. We understand what the grant seekers need; we understand what grant makers want. We have committed ourselves to help those who cannot access grants because of weak systems, and to assure those who seek to help that we they can safely provide the support.

We have a three step approach:

  • Identify and understand the needs of the grant seekers and grant makers
  • Seek and understand the inconsistencies between their requirements
  • Provide necessary support to eliminate the inconsistencies
  • Assist in programming and proper implementation

What we do

Capacity building on project management, financial management and grants administration, Financial & programme audits, research on grants administration & management, monitoring & evaluation, sourcing for grants, development of grants management systems

InfoGrant is simply the home of Grants Management: We develop institutional structures, systems capacity of staff at the management and field level. Some additional information of Grants Management offerings can be found here:

  • See Our Grants Management Training Programme Course Outline
  • See Our Grants Management Software, locally made by Grants Managers, locally supported
  • We will soon be launching out e-learning on Grants Management, the first of its kind!
  • We are also the first contractors to developing training materials and deliver several workshops across Kenya for the United Nations' (UNICEF, UNFPA) Implementing partners on the Harmonised Cash Transfer (HACT) Procedures. HACT is the new procedures adopted by the UN in dealing with recepients of UN Grants. It is currently at different levels of adoptions at the various UN agencies. InfoGrant, with its outstanding experience in developing material and delivering trainings on Grants Management became the first to be contracted to develop the materials on HACT and has been delivering the course to all Implementing Partners funded by the UN.
